Vstecs exits Isatec in RM48.75mil deal
Vstecs Bhd is selling its entire 40% stake in Isatec Sdn Bhd to Singapore-based Skyform Pte Ltd for RM48.75 million, resulting in a one-off gain of about RM21.96 million. The disposal is part of Vstecs' plan to focus on its core ICT businesses and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.
