Tourism must create opportunities for Sabahans

Sabah's Tourism Minister Datuk Jafry Ariffin launched Sabah Fest 2026 at the Sabah Tourism Board headquarters in Kota Kinabalu, marking its 50th anniversary. He stressed that tourism should create opportunities for communities and young Sabahans. The month-long festival will feature 50 events across several cities from Aug 29 to Sept 29.
