Bursa Malaysia seeks feedback on plans for a paperless securities market
Bursa Malaysia is seeking public feedback on proposed changes to create a fully paperless securities market, removing the need for physical jumbo certificates and simplifying the deposit process. The six-week consultation runs from Sept 1 to Oct 13, following a first phase that dematerialised over 2,700 issuances.
