Radium to soft-launch RM435 mil Radium Evara in September

Radium Development Bhd will soft-launch its RM435 million high-rise residential project Radium Evara in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, by September. The project comprises 797 units across two towers, with prices starting from RM580,000 for open-market units and RM300,000 for Rumah Mampu Milik units. The development is targeted at first-time homebuyers and families, with completion expected by 2030.
