A Teluk Bahang ferry collided with the MV Mekar Jaya within Penang Port limits, injuring 21 people. Passengers described the terrifying moment of impact, with some treated at Hospital Seberang Jaya. The Penang Port Commission reported the accident occurred around 8.40pm.
