5,209 Israeli incursions into Al-Aqsa compound recorded in August

A monthly report by the Jerusalem Governorate recorded 5,209 incursions by Israeli settlers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound throughout August. During the same period, Israeli forces killed two Palestinians and detained 114 others, including children. The report also documented 44 settler attacks and 40 demolition operations in Jerusalem.
