Even those in their 40s can earn professional qualifications through ADI
The Academy in Industry (ADI) programme allows Malaysians who left school after SPM to earn professional qualifications while working. Ascott International Malaysia has enrolled about 310 employees, with around 250 graduating in May, and the programme embeds training into work hours.
