El Salvador tourist killed in hit-and-run in Kelantan

A 29-year-old tourist from El Salvador was killed in a hit-and-run accident while walking along the Melawi-Kuala Besut road in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. The victim died at the scene, and police are investigating under the Road Transport Act.
