Drop Middle Bank reclamation from 2040 plan, says residents' group
A residents' group has urged the Penang government to remove the proposed Middle Bank reclamation area from its draft Penang Structure Plan 2040, arguing it contradicts the plan's recognition of the area as a marine sanctuary.
