Pizza Hut CEO Aaron Powell Steps Down After Yum Brands Completes US$2.7 Billion Sale
Pizza Hut CEO Aaron Powell has resigned following Yum Brands' completion of a US$2.7 billion sale of the pizza chain. The US and worldwide operations, excluding mainland China, were sold to private equity firm LongRange Capital for US$1.5 billion. Powell, who had been CEO since 2021, announced his departure in August.
