Monsoon Current Tragedy: Three Drowning Incidents at Kota Tinggi Beaches in Four Days

Three separate drowning incidents occurred at beaches in Kota Tinggi, Johor, within four days during the school holidays. In the latest incident, four teenagers were reported missing at Pantai Tanjung Lompat, Bandar Desaru, with one body found and three still missing. Police have advised the public to stop beach activities due to rough seas and strong winds as the region transitions to the Northeast Monsoon.
