Man admits to 3 sex crimes in Sibu, jailed 52 years, caned 24 times
A man pleaded guilty to three sexual offences at the Sibu Sessions Court and was sentenced to a total of 52 years in jail and 24 strokes of the cane. The charges were under Section 376(2)(e) of the Penal Code and Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017. The accused has been sent to Sibu Prison to serve his sentence.
