Nightclub owner fined for operating beyond permitted hours

In Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, a nightclub owner was fined RM3,000 for operating beyond permitted hours, and a 20-year-old man was fined RM2,000 for possessing unlicensed lottery slips. Both pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court.
