First Gig Workers Tribunal case involving GrabCar heard

Malaysia's first Gig Workers Tribunal hearing took place on 1 September, involving a dispute between an e-hailing worker and GrabCar Sdn Bhd. The hearing, chaired by Deputy President Suzarika Sahak at the Kuching Labour Office in Sarawak, addressed platform issues and was adjourned for further witness examination.
