Former THP Bina manager charged with RM72,000 CBT

A former safety and health manager of THP Bina Sdn Bhd pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to three charges of criminal breach of trust involving RM72,000 in penalty collections related to a proposed office complex development in Putrajaya. Bail was set at RM50,000 with one surety.
