Former THP Bina manager charged with CBT over RM72,000 office complex project

A former manager of THP Bina Sdn Bhd was charged at the Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur with three counts of criminal breach of trust involving RM72,000 in penalty funds related to an office complex development project in Putrajaya. The accused, Nasahruddin Ahmad, pleaded not guilty and was granted bail of RM50,000.
