Ex-THP Bina manager claims trial to three CBT charges

A former Safety and Health Manager of THP Bina Sdn Bhd claimed trial at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court to three charges of criminal breach of trust involving RM72,000. The funds were allegedly collected as penalties from a contractor for a project at the Putrajaya Islamic Complex and deposited into his personal account. Bail was set at RM50,000.
