Pickpocket suspect in Kampung Morten arrested

Police in Melaka arrested a suspected pickpocket in Kampung Morten a day after a video of the incident went viral. The suspect, in his 30s, was arrested following a police report by a local woman in her 20s and has 13 prior records for crime and drug offenses. He is being investigated under Section 385 of the Penal Code and remanded for three days from September 3 to 5.
