Japanese Nobel chemistry laureate Hideki Shirakawa dies at 90
Japanese Nobel Prize-winning chemist Hideki Shirakawa has died at the age of 90. Shirakawa was awarded the 2000 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his work on conductive polymers. He was a professor emeritus at the University of Tsukuba.
