Police investigate two children sitting on roof of moving MPV

Police in Ipoh are investigating a viral video showing two children sitting on the roof of a moving Toyota Alphard MPV on Jalan Meru-Jelapang. The vehicle owner has been identified, and police are looking for the driver. The case is being investigated under Section 33 of the Child Act 2001.
