Proton August sales hit record 22,632 units; year-to-date up 40.2 pct
Proton Holdings recorded its highest monthly domestic sales in August with 22,632 units sold. Year-to-date sales for the first eight months of 2026 reached 141,421 units, a 40.2 per cent increase, giving the company a 25.6 per cent market share. The Proton e.MAS electric vehicle sub-brand also set a new record with 6,047 units delivered.
