Eight Singapore teachers receive President's Award for nurturing students beyond academics
Eight teachers in Singapore received the President's Award for Teachers from President Tharman Shanmugaratnam on Sept 3. The award recognises their dedication to helping students grow holistically, beyond academic performance. One recipient, Go Jun Hong of Woodgrove Secondary School, shared how he helped a student who commuted daily from Johor Bahru.
