Vivian Balakrishnan officiates opening of Singapore's new consulate in JB; meets Malaysia's King

Singapore's Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan visited Johor Bahru on Sept 3 to officiate the opening of Singapore's new consulate at Mid Valley Southkey, and also attended the inaugural Johor Super Crown Polo Tournament where he met Johor's Regent and Malaysia's King.
