Soap residue causes 'snow' on highway

Heavy rain caused soap residue from a lorry spill on 24 August to foam again on the KESAS highway in Shah Alam, creating a snow-like appearance. The foam stretched about 500 meters between KM 30.0 and KM 30.5, prompting a second cleanup by the highway concessionaire.
