Epicon To Appeal High Court Decision On Mareva Injunction In Ibrahim & Son Dispute

Epicon Berhad will appeal a Johor Bahru High Court decision that ruled in favour of defendants in a dispute over a Mareva injunction. The court delivered its decision on Sept 2, and Epicon plans to apply for a stay.
