Soap foam, not snow, covered 500m stretch of Kesas highway after rain

A 500-metre stretch of the Kesas highway in Shah Alam was covered in soap foam on September 3, after heavy rain washed up residue from a lorry spill that occurred on August 24. Police said the foam made the road slippery, raising concerns among motorists, and the highway concessionaire carried out a second cleaning.
