SCIB unit buys three Kota Kinabalu land parcels for RM15.2m

SCIB's subsidiary, SCIB Ecobuild, is acquiring three leasehold parcels in Kolombong, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, for RM15.2 million. The purchase includes shoplots generating rental income and undeveloped land for future development. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.
