Minister Zhulkarnain visits Batam to strengthen Singapore-Riau ties

Singapore's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs, Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim, made a working visit to Batam, Indonesia, from September 3 to 4. The visit included meetings with business leaders, students, and local officials, as well as attending a Singapore National Day reception.
