Telegram services in Singapore gradually resume after morning outage
Thousands of Telegram users in Singapore reported a service outage on the morning of Sept 8. Reports on Downdetector peaked at nearly 4,000 just after 10.30am before gradually declining. By 11.30am, the number of reports had fallen to about 350 as services resumed.
