Powerwell proposes bonus issue of 116.1 million warrants on 1-for-5 basis
Powerwell Holdings Berhad has proposed a bonus issue of 116,110,400 warrants on the basis of one warrant for every five existing ordinary shares held. The entitlement date has yet to be determined and announced.
