Di-Yi Sdn Bhd, a substantial shareholder of MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Berhad, has increased its deemed interest in the company to 73.164%. The change occurred through the receipt of valid acceptances under a mandatory take-over offer and open market purchases by Whitmore Holdings Sdn Bhd, with transactions dated 4 and 7 September 2026.
