Father of Doctor Ainul Told of Her Death in Sarawak Helicopter Crash
Kamarudin Salleh, father of Dr Ainul Baroah who died in a helicopter crash in Sarawak, learned of his daughter's death from his son-in-law. Dr Ainul was based at Miri Hospital and her duties involved monitoring patients in areas like Baram, which required weekly helicopter travel. The BO-105 helicopter carrying five people crashed near Long Lellang STOLport in Ulu Baram.
