K-ONE proposes RM94m disposal of G-AsiaPacific shares to Itochu, RM46m capital reduction
K-ONE Technology Berhad has proposed to dispose of 600,000 and 400,000 ordinary shares in G-AsiaPacific Sdn Bhd to Itochu Singapore Pte Ltd and Itochu Corporation for RM94 million in cash. The company also proposes a capital reduction and repayment of RM46 million to shareholders.
