Experts say the planned redevelopment of Marina Square, which will close in March 2027, could force existing hotels in the area to differentiate themselves and may boost footfall at neighbouring malls like Suntec City and Millenia Walk. The project, expected to be completed by 2031, will add new towers with homes, offices and a 304-room hotel.
