TNB Genco invests RM1.96b in floating solar project at Kenyir Lake

TNB Power Generation (TNB Genco) will invest RM1.96 billion in a hybrid hydro-floating solar project at Kenyir Lake Dam, Terengganu. The 595 MW project with a 1,190 MWh battery storage system is targeted for completion in 2028 and is expected to be Southeast Asia's largest floating solar plant.
