Singapore to slow assisted-living flat launches as demand moderates
Singapore's Senior Minister of State for Health, Tan Kiat How, said demand for community care apartments has moderated as seniors have more options. He was responding to MPs' questions in Parliament on September 9 about the reduced take-up rate for these assisted-living flats. The government will slow down future launches of such projects.
