Sunway Construction may win RM1b Bukit Chagar RTS Link contracts, says Maybank IB
Sunway Construction Group Bhd could secure about RM1 billion in podium and tower contracts for an integrated mixed-use development at the Bukit Chagar RTS Link in Johor Bahru, according to Maybank Investment Bank. The potential win stems from a joint venture between Sunway Bhd and MRT Corp and could add roughly RM60 million to Sunway Construction's net profit. Maybank IB maintained its buy call and RM9.62 target price on the stock.
