South Korea is preparing to announce a US energy investment project worth more than US$100 billion, including up to eight nuclear power plants and a natural gas project in Texas, according to the Wall Street Journal. Seoul's trade ministry says details are not finalised, and the plan follows a US$350 billion investment commitment tied to a tariff cap agreed last October.
