Maybank completes buyout of remaining 30.95% stake in Maybank Ageas
Maybank has completed the acquisition of the remaining 30.95 per cent stake in Maybank Ageas Holdings Bhd, giving it full ownership of the holding company for its Etiqa insurance and takaful business in Malaysia and Singapore. Group CEO Datuk Seri Khairussaleh Ramli said the move strengthens Etiqa's position as a national insurance and takaful champion and supports Maybank's ROAR30 strategy.
