PTT Synergy buys Seberang Perai Selatan land for RM62.5m
PTT Synergy Group Bhd is acquiring a 3.925-hectare freehold parcel at Lot 1597, Mukim 12, Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang for RM62.53 million cash. The land will be held as an investment property for future development, funded by internal funds and bank borrowings, with completion expected by Q1 2027.
