China raises petrol and diesel prices as global crude climbs
China will lift retail gasoline and diesel prices from Saturday, with gasoline up 260 yuan and diesel up 250 yuan per tonne, the National Development and Reform Commission said. The NDRC has told the country's three largest oil companies and other refineries to keep production and transport steady. Beijing also expects domestic oil and gas supply to reach 440 million tonnes of oil equivalent by 2030, after a record 420 million tonnes in 2025.
