Jamil Khir to be charged in KL Sessions Court tomorrow

Former Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom will be charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court tomorrow over the Tabung Haji RCI report. The MACC had earlier detained and remanded him, and recommended three charges under Section 403 of the Penal Code.
