Jamil Khir pleads not guilty to three charges over RM860.3m Tabung Haji loss to Al-Rawda
Former minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today with three counts of causing Lembaga Tabung Haji to dispose of RM860.3 million to Saudi Arabian firm Al-Rawda Real Estate Development and Projects Management Co Ltd. He pleaded not guilty before Judge Rosli Ahmad. The offences are alleged to have been committed at his Putrajaya office in 2015, 2016 and 2017 under Section 403 of the Penal Code.
