Taylor's Assets and TrustCapital set up student housing investment platform

Taylor's Assets and TrustCapital have formed a joint venture to create a purpose-built student accommodation investment platform in Malaysia. The platform will acquire and develop student housing assets, with TrustCapital handling fundraising from institutional investors and Taylor's Assets managing design, development and operations. The partners cite rising student enrolment and the Malaysia Higher Education Blueprint 2026-2035, which targets 500,000 international students by 2035.
