YTL Corporation to issue up to 80 million call warrants
YTL Corporation Berhad is issuing up to 80 million European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over its ordinary shares, with an exercise ratio of three warrants to one share. The structured warrants, to be listed as YTL-C3H, were announced to Bursa Malaysia on 14 September 2026.
