Formosa Prosonic Industries Berhad (FPI) disclosed that director Leong Ngai Seng acquired 7,663,300 ordinary shares on 11 September 2026 at RM1.15 each through a direct business transaction. The acquisition lifts his direct holding to 8,563,300 shares, or 3.206% of the company. The notice was received by the listed issuer on 14 September 2026.
