Abang Johari takes Sarawak's low-carbon energy agenda to Gastech 2026 in Bangkok

Sarawak Premier Abang Johari Tun Openg joined a closed-door Ministerial Roundtable at Gastech 2026, held at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), to push Sarawak's low-carbon agenda and ASEAN Power Grid ambitions. He said feedback from Thailand and several African nations was encouraging, and that the talks helped align Sarawak's aspirations with its ASEAN partners on cross-border energy collaboration.
