A boulder larger than the lorry rolled down and struck the vehicle at a quarry in Keramat Pulai, Perak, trapping the 53-year-old Indian driver Sivakumar in the cab. He was pronounced dead at the scene; 12 firemen freed his body, which has been handed to police for further investigation.
