Singapore shares open lower, STI down 0.15% as banks trade mixed
Singapore stocks opened lower on Tuesday, with the Straits Times Index falling 8.53 points, or 0.15%, to 5,709.49. DBS gained 20 cents to S$77.86 while OCBC and UOB were unchanged, and trading volume stood at 49.21 million shares worth S$97.52 million.
