NanoSkunkWorkx raises US$2m for AI chip cooling technology
NanoSkunkWorkx, a Malaysian deep-tech startup based in Kuching, has raised US$2 million in a funding round led by Tin Men Capital. The funds will support semiconductor qualification, process scaling and expansion into hydrogen and diagnostics. The company develops graphene-copper films that transfer heat more than twice as effectively as conventional copper, targeting thermal management in AI chips.
